Delta tx Special Edition: comfortable electric trike with above-seat steering
The Delta tx combines a high mesh seat with low step-through access and rear suspension. Its delta layout has one front wheel and two rear wheels. This offer is for the current Special Edition with Bafang M410HD, a 720 Wh battery and above-seat steering with a universal joint. The continuously variable Enviolo Trekking Automatiq transmission adjusts the gear ratio automatically.
Equipment included in the price
- Motor and battery: Bafang M410HD, 720 Wh; pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, 155 mm cranks.
- Gearing: Enviolo Trekking Automatiq, continuously variable electronically controlled hub gear.
- Steering: Above-seat steering with a universal joint. Steering movements are transmitted through a joint; the handlebar angle is adjustable.
- Seat: ErgoMesh mesh seat with OrthoFlex technology; standard or XL, regular or raised HS version from the manufacturer's seat range. We will discuss the right version with you.
- Suspension: DNM rear coil shock with standard spring (1100 lbs/inch, for riders up to 100 kg according to the manufacturer); suitable springs for other rider weights available on request.
- Brakes: Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes; parking brake with locking lever.
- Lighting: B&M IQ-XS at the front and 2C at the rear.
- Tyres: Schwalbe Super Moto-X, 20 inches.
- Everyday equipment: Rear luggage rack with basket, mudguards, mirror and safety flag.
- Colour: Sparkling iron gray or Blue flash; discuss your preferred colour during the consultation.

Rider height is a guide. The seat, spring and adjustments must suit the rider. According to the manufacturer, the payload also includes the pedelec system, luggage and other loads. The maximum permissible total weight must not be exceeded.

Warranty & service
10-year manufacturer's warranty on the frame and swingarm bearings for original purchasers who register within four weeks and comply with the warranty conditions.

HP Velotechnik provides the original purchaser of a new trike with a ten-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the frame and swingarm bearings, starting on the purchase date. This requires registration with HP Velotechnik within four weeks of purchase and an inspection record completed at purchase, with all prescribed inspections carried out professionally and documented.
The warranty conditions in the supplied operating manual apply. Exclusions include wear, corrosion, accident damage, and labour and transport costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Full warranty conditions and registration form from HP Velotechnik.
Separating the frame & transport
The Delta tx can be separated into front and rear sections for transport. It does not have the folding hinge used on Scorpion models. Equipment and adjustments affect the actual space required. Follow the operating manual and check your vehicle's loading opening and load area.
For everyday use and touring
Low step-through access makes it easier to reach the seat. The rear basket holds your shopping. We will adjust the seat position and suspension to suit you and demonstrate the automatic transmission during a test ride.
Choose the right seat and accessories
A headrest is not included in the current standard equipment. ErgoMesh Premium seats and other accessories are available at extra cost. Images may show other model versions, colours or optional equipment; the current Special Edition described here defines the offer.
Price and personal advice
The displayed price of €8,779 includes the Special Edition described here, including €89 for transport from the manufacturer to us in Germany. Separate shipping conditions apply to delivery to you. We are happy to discuss individual adjustments and additional accessories, which may change the price.
