Why is a personal test ride worthwhile?
The best way to understand seating comfort, getting on and off, and handling is to try them yourself. Experience how different cycles feel when starting, braking and cornering. Together, we will explore which trike, recumbent bike or electric trike suits your everyday life.
How much time should I allow?
Allow around two hours for advice, cycle adjustments and your test rides. You can try different models and discuss your questions with us at your leisure.
What information is needed when booking?
We ask for your name, email address and telephone number to arrange the appointment. Other information in the calendar is optional. Your height and weight help us prepare the cycles – you can also give us this information in person.
You can mention specific wishes in advance or discuss them with us. You do not need to describe any diagnoses when booking online.

What if I cannot find a suitable appointment?

How can I cancel or change my appointment?
Please let us know as early as possible by telephone or by replying to your confirmation email. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else and arrange an alternative with you if needed.
